THE ALERT UNDERFILL SYSTEMS

The Alert Technologies Underfill system is a mass-based Precision Tank Test System.  This system can test a large variety of tank systems, from small home heating oil tanks, up to large bulk storage facilities.

ALERT 1000 AND 2000XB SYSTEMS

The system is unmanned and a recording device placed in the fill riser collects data. Minimum test time varies between one and four hours (Dependant on tank size). The operator should not leave the site while test data is being collected.  Data is extracted from the recording device and test conclusions reached following removal of the equipment at test termination. Test results may be viewed from time to time.   Product level must be in the interval 20?95% of tank capacity (Check the table in the Certifications and the Pre-Calc recommendations).  Maximum tank size is 30,000 (72,948 with 2000XB test procedure) gallons.

ALERT 4000 SYSTEM (INCREMENTAL)

The system is unmanned and a recording device placed and locked in the fill riser collects data.  Minimum recommended test time is 18 hours and at least 2 hours of "quiet time".  Data is extracted from the recording device and test conclusions reached following removal the equipment at test termination.  Product level must be in the interval 20-95% of tank capacity.  Product may be dispensed during the test period.  Maximum tank size is 15,000 gallons.
