New Ullage Sonde

Alert Technologies has developed the new Model 1050D Ullage Sonde.  The new sonde has all of the advantages of our original sonde with the added convenience of its smaller size.  Improved Ullage Plug Assemblies allow for quick insertion and sealing in the tank.  Coupled with the new Alert Windows based software (Tank Explorer) operation of this system is the quickest, and most definitive method available for Ullage leak detection.

The sonde body is less than 2 inches in diameter. Power is supplied by "AA" batteries that will operate the unit for up to 75 tests.  A low battery indicator is built into the unit. Testing can be performed at up to 100 feet from the tank opening.

The Alert Ullage software displays the actual signal (sign wave) being recorded allowing the operator to determine immediately if there is a problem with sonde positioning or extraneous noise or vibration during the reference test.

The Alert 1050D Ullage System is certified for up to 24,000 gallons of ullage space.
