Opening Screen. Enter contractor information.  This information will be stored for future tests and need only be changed for different operators.

Click on "Tank" tab and enter tank information.

Click on "Beginning Pressure" tab and enter beginning nitrogen bottle pressure if applicable and beginning tank pressure.

Click "Reference" tab and connect sonde.  Click "Start" tab and the reference data is collected for 2 minutes.  "Sample" box on the left will display numeric sound levels as they are collected. "Line in" box  displays measured real time sound levels.

Pressurize or evacuate tank to the appropriate level for the tank being tested, usually between -1 to +1.5 psig, click on the "Test" tab and then click on the "Start" tab.

After data has been collected for another two minutes the tank status, GOOD or FAIL will be displayed in the lower left corner of the display window.

Click on the "Ending Pressure" tab and enter the final nitrogen bottle pressure if applicable and the tank pressure at the end of the test.

Click on the "Graphs" tab and click on "Generate Graph" button.

Excel generates a Test Report with a plot of the Ullage Tank Test Results.  The graphs indicate the sound level ratio between the reference test and the final test at two frequencies.
